1. Your Account
If you use the website, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Keep the password confidential and secure and inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and update the information in your account when necessary.

Atsoko reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Conditions for Sale
When you place an order to purchase a product from Atsoko’s webshop and we have received your order, we will send you an e-mail and SMS confirming your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail" or “Order Confirmation SMS”).

We communicate with you by e-mail, sms, or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Returns and Warranties
All products we sell are new and come straight from a manufacturer or authorized manufacturer. But, if a product still is defect you can return it and either get the money back or get a new equivalent product, but this warranty is only valid if the defect is discovered within 7 days from purchase and the product has not been used.

4. Pricing, VAT and exchange rates
All prices on our site or in our quotations to you are stated in USD, inclusive of VAT.  You can make your payment either in USD or in local currency. When you make a payment in local currency, a separate price list is applicable.

5. Availability and Delivery
In general all products on our website are available in stock. But sometimes it happens that we run out of stock . Then we usually have the products available again within a few weeks. If a product you have paid for us unavailable and the estimated delivery time is not acceptable to you, you will be refunded.

6. Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or mobile payments. See further the Payment and Delivery page for details.

7. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

8. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded

Atsoko is the trading name for Atsoko International AB, registered in Sweden (556812-0777) with local affiliates Atsoko Tanzania Ltd and Atsoko Rwanda Ltd.
